Version 2026-07-03 · plain-language summary of the terms you accept as a Keln customer. This dev clickwrap stands in for the countersigned agreement used with enterprise customers.
Keln provides an OpenAI-compatible API for open-weight models, served across Keln-verified provider hardware with enforced quality and latency SLOs. Billing is prepaid, per token, at the published rate card; concurrent requests reserve against your balance.
You will not use Keln to: create or distribute unlawful content (including CSAM or content that sexualizes minors in any form); harass, defraud, or facilitate violence against people; generate malware or conduct attacks against Keln, its providers, or third parties; attempt to access other tenants' data or probe the platform's isolation; or resell raw access in violation of your plan. You are responsible for your end users' traffic under your keys.
Keln may suspend keys or accounts immediately for AUP violations (enforcement takes effect at the edge within seconds). We'll tell you why and how to appeal unless the law prevents it. Report abuse: abuse@keln.ai.
Keln operates zero data retention: prompt and response content is never stored — not by Keln, and contractually not by the providers whose hardware serves your requests. We keep metadata only (token counts, timings, model ids) for billing and quality enforcement.
Material changes to these terms re-prompt for acceptance. Continued use after notice is acceptance.
